          All in-stock items will be shipped within 0-2 business days of receiving payment. Our in-stock items are available worldwide.

      All Other Items

          Items not marked “In Stock” in the product name are custom-made items. The following are the estimated delivery times for different logistics companies:

            USA and Canada: 5-10 days;
            EU: 7-15 days;
            Finland, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland: 5-15 days;
            Australia: 7-15 days;
            UK: 7-15 days
           

               The above are estimated delivery times. Special circumstances (such as Chinese holidays, blizzards, heavy rain, or the COVID-19 pandemic) may cause delays.

To ensure you receive the highest quality dolls, we strictly control the production process and conduct double inspections before shipping. Upon receiving the doll, please carefully inspect it to ensure it is intact. If you find any quality issues not caused by human error, such as breakage, please take photos, do not use the doll, and contact us within 14 days at Devilhe210406@gmail.com. After confirming the product has a quality issue, we will offer a refund or exchange.

Our customer service representative will work with you to find the best solution for your situation, either by replacing the original item or issuing a refund. A 50% relisting fee will be charged for refunds. If you have already used the doll, we cannot offer a refund.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Generally, we will begin processing your order within 2 hours of receiving it, so please carefully check your order information before clicking the submit button. If your order has already started processing but you still wish to cancel it, please follow these guidelines:

You can cancel your order within 12 hours without any fees, and we will provide a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your order after 12 hours, a 20% processing fee will be charged based on the order processing progress.

If you do not receive a timely reply to your emails, please be patient. We will process your emails in the order they are sent.

Once the doll is shipped and a tracking number is generated for in-stock or custom dolls, the order cannot be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

Damage and Warranty

We do not accept refunds for any reason other than damage upon arrival.

However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 24 hours. Please describe the problem as thoroughly as possible, including pictures and videos, and send an email to Devilhe210406@gmail.com. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is very important that you carefully inspect the doll from head to toe before using it after receiving it.

If the product is damaged due to improper use, you will not be eligible for any returns or exchanges. You must use common sense to properly handle the product and avoid causing any damage.

We greatly appreciate any feedback you provide, as it helps us work with the manufacturer to prevent these issues from recurring in the future.

Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure you fill in your shipping information carefully. We will print the waybill label according to the information you provide. If an order is returned due to undeliverability, we will charge a 50% handling fee, and the shipping cost will not be refunded.
